The lower level (ground floor) features a 5th bedroom, game room, laundry room and full bath. The game room contains a game table, Sony Playstation with games, TV plus DVD, Stereo and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The lower level also offers views of the pool and pond area.

The lower level full bath is also accessible from the covered deck and pool area for your convenience.

The 5th bedroom features TV plus VCR and a Pyramid Bed with Trundle that sleeps four and provides the kids easy access to the heart of the activities in the Game Room.
